You need to install the latest PC software, link up and perform the update under help/check update on it before using it. There will be 2 parts and it will require a power cycle after the first 1 is installed. Only takes a few minutes

MP408 maxiscope, Just to let anyone who is having problems updating their Maxiscope Through their Maxisys,

Mine is a Maxisys MS906BT, I was offered an update after plugging in the Scope, after doing the update I could not use the scope, I had to download the PC Suite, but after this I had no luck at all getting the update done, My Scope would work on my PC but not my MS906BT

So I contacted Autel support China, and had a response from Daisy, She was so helpful and asked me to download team viewer, and made sure it was available to the china working times, for me that was 60:00,

So I sent them all the details and at 07:15 they took over my PC through Team Viewer, and after 20mins they had my Scope up and Running Again

I hear a lot of Complaint about Support from Autel, but I have always found them extremely helpful.

Thanks Autel Tech’s for fixing my scope

Yes I remember the update was lacking instructions or guidance but had no problems with mine. First part installed on the scope and then it paused and said to repower it, unplugged the scope and plugged it back and then proceeded, no problems. Glad to hear your up and running again.
